I will help you figure out the patterns and habits and triggers that keep you feeling unsettled. You can actually learn to decide to feel and act differently.
Together we will explore your history, your beliefs, and your goals. As you tell me about yourself, you will also be listening to what you say. My questions are designed to encourage you to consider your story differently, come at it from a different perspective, and learn something new about yourself.

We will work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
Many people seek my services to help understand what their next step in life will be. I can help you in finding your passion and teach you how to feel more confident and sure of yourself.
